Never! We rotate partners in class so you can come solo or with friends and still get the full experience. Plenty of our regulars started out flying solo.
Comfortable clothes you can move in and shoes with a smooth sole that won't grip the floor. Avoid chunky sneakers if you can. Bring water and an open mind. That's the real dress code.
Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but classes do fill up, especially socials. Booking ahead guarantees your spot and helps us greet you by name when you arrive.
